2. If you have one, put on a wig cap – it holds your hair in place and keeps the wig more stable.
3. Pull the wig on from your forehead towards the back of your head, then adjust the edges.
4. Style the wig with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb and, if needed, pin it to your own hair with clips.

Wig care after the party

• Comb it out with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working upwards.
• If needed, wash it in lukewarm water with a little shampoo – don’t rub, just soak.
• Air-dry it on a stand or a jar – no hairdryer, synthetic fibre doesn’t like heat.
• Store it in the original bag or on a wig stand so it doesn’t tangle.
