How quickly will I receive my order?

Delivery is fast: all items are stocked in our warehouse in Lithuania, so we dispatch orders the same or next business day. Your parcel usually reaches the parcel locker within 1–2 business days of ordering. Last-minute party orders are our everyday business.

How can I pay?

You can pay via your online bank (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor and others), as well as with Google Pay, Apple Pay or a bank card. Payments are securely processed by Montonio. All prices on the site include VAT.

Can I return an item?

Yes — you can return non-defective items within 14 days of receipt. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you are returning. The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

We issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

I received a faulty or wrong item — what should I do?

Contact us ([email protected] or call +370 609 99903) — we will replace the faulty item or refund your money. The original packaging requirement does not apply to faulty items.

Are the items really stocked in Lithuania?

Yes — everything sold on our site is stocked in our warehouse in Lithuania, so parcels travel fast and you will be ready for your celebration on time.

Can I pick up my order in person?

We sell online only and do not have a pickup point. If your order is very urgent, call +370 609 99903 and we will do our best to arrange pickup in Vilnius.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and company details — we will send you a VAT invoice.
